I was in a classroom taking some kind of safety course like a hunter safety course and like the hunter safety course I had to take originally when I got my hunting license years ago when I was much younger,

the guy teaching the class had a weapon that he was using as a demonstration that was unloaded and everything but as they were teaching they kept waving it around the room and inadvertently pointing it at everyone and I remember when they did it the first time and pointed it towards the class and swept it towards were I was sitting I jumped out of my seat and went prone on the floor under the desk by instinct,

unlike during my original hunting safety course when I just ducked,

and the instructor/teacher commented on it thinking I was messing around or trying to do a whole teaching thing or something and said something like ‘let me be the teacher today Mr. Edwards’ or something like that with more respect towards me than a teacher normally would have in a situation with a student doing something weird like that like they were trying to figure out what I was doing moreso like they were confused,

the weapon they were using was a 12 gauge pump action pistol grip shotgun with no stock and was entirely black,

when I returned to my seat I saw what I originally thought was the variation of temperature in the air coming from the weapon that I can see when I’m stressed or focusing but I quickly realized that since the weapon was not fired,

and was empty with the action open and everything,

that the variation of temperature in the air couldn’t have been coming from the instructor/teacher’s weapon but was just in front of them like something was heating up the area just in front of them with the visible variation of temperature in the air increasing,

I thought that something was about to happen or something and that’s the last thing I remember,

I might have been reacting due to some kind of PTSD but I know enough to trust my instincts when it comes to certain things and that when I can’t remember some things sometimes it’s for a reason and I’ll remember more clearly later on when it’s more useful for me to with specificity,
