Update to the protocol for anyone attempting to message me and Luci: ,
An alternative to sending a picture of themselves with their ID by their face is now available and is to live video call me 570 991 0205 or 570 855 4641 and show me your ID and your ID near your face in order to continue messaging us, we wouldn’t be keeping a recording of it for ourselves and there would be a maintained reasonable expectation of privacy as well as security to maintain safety by doing so,
just message us via text message or leave a voicemail saying why you are messaging us and that you would like to live video call us for verification,
this will be our updated protocol for responding to messages from unknown senders as well,
we will ask who you are and why you are messaging us and explain that if you would like to verify who you are after explaining why you are messaging us that we could communicate via live video call where they will have to show me their ID(valid government verified photo ID including birthdate) to do so if they would prefer to do so like that,
If they do not do so then they will be blocked and reported to who would have to be reported to,
people who are under the age of 18 would be blocked and reported as soon as we would be aware that they are under the age of 18 and any other information communicated to us by them would be used to further specify additional people who would have to be reported to,
Otherwise we would have enough information from the explanation in the message (who you are and why you are messaging us) to make an exception to that protocol because of communication in some kind of way prior that would be enough for us to trust the information you provide us and be able to trust that we would have enough information to verify any information specifically that we would have to for situations where we would have to and otherwise not be focused on specifics of those situations unless we were actually going through them,
we would prefer not to be messaged by anyone who is 18 or older and still attending any high schools especially high schools where we would be hired to teach them but understand that with proper documentation of interactions when that is appropriate we would be able to allow that when the articulation of the reasoning for their messaging and interaction with me is included in their initial communication via messaging or other documentable interaction and that communications in other less documentable ways would be discouraged and attempted to be prevented with understanding that a parent, guardian, or other trusted adult should be present in all communications similarly otherwise interactions will be appropriately attempted to be stopped entirely by me to the best of my ability,
an example being information being sent by someone like that including contact information for and instructions to contact their parent or guardian for identification verification of myself as well as an explanation of why they are messaging me and including that information,
after verification the contact information of who messaged me initially would be communicated to the parent or guardian as being their choice for what is done with it and verification for what is done being able to be reasonably verified to them as well as assurance that it wouldn’t be used for anything else,
Also an update for how people could interact with us in person because of it being explained to them via information on our website that it is ok for them to do so in the way that they are, even if it’s during otherwise ok to be doing interactions and they decide they would like to interact with us like described by anything specific on our website that would also describe that it is ok for them to be doing so while saying that specifically as why they are doing so, like “hey I saw your website and what you wrote about you and Luci and are interested in helping”,
I will just ask for you to show me your ID first before asking you anything else and say that you can just hold it so I can see it and that you don’t have to physically hand me it,
I’ll ask if I could take a picture of it because that could be helpful but if not that’s ok and your decision, then I’ll ask why you’re talking to me or what specifically you’d like to do to help us, and from there a minimal amount of information could be explained that would allow us to communicate better to help you and have us be able to do more together,
if someone doesn’t show me an ID when asked I’ll tell them to stop interacting with me and to leave or I’ll leave when that is more appropriate for where we are and I’ll record and document whatever I can to include in the report sent to whoever would have to be reported to automatically as well as any manually sent reports I could potentially have to send, I also consent to any recording that would be done by anyone who would be interacting with us in person like that and would understand that they wouldn’t have to notify me that they are or explain how they are or if they have additional people monitoring us to help ensure their safety that they themselves would be comfortable having monitor us,
I would understand that and be ok even if discussing privacy with what we would be doing together as though that wouldn’t be a possibility because that would be more productive to discuss as such to accomplish whatever we would be trying to accomplish by discussing our privacy of what we are doing,
We will also use similar protocol for communications via email and if communications via phone (text, voice calls, or otherwise) have been blocked either mistakenly or for other reasons than what should’ve resulted in them being blocked then emailing us would be a good option to be able to choose to correct that if desired lukelucid@lucidenterprisesllc.org or luke2lucid@protonmail.com ,
