my belly is bigger than it has been in a long time…,
I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and at least I think my arms look ok,
females can follow the protocol to message us if desired and probably would help,
anyway beach was nice,
did some different things for a while, still keeping the mindset that we should be trying to help people and that we should be trying to improve,
sometimes the best way to do that is just by having fun doing what you are doing,
