Lucid rules,

The players are responsible for ensuring that all rules are followed,
Do not make fun of anyone,
Respect everyone,
If you knock someone down then help them back up after the play,
Everyone that wants to carry the ball will carry the ball before the end of the game,
Everyone that wants to pass the ball will pass the ball before the end of the game,
You are more likely to get concussed wearing a helmet while playing than you are if you are not wearing a helmet,
Do not wear a helmet,
In order to respect everyone you play with maximum effort otherwise you risk injury and disrespect everyone,

50 yard field 10 yard end-zones,
Before the game it will be decided if there will be kickoffs or if the team that starts with the ball will have the ball spotted five yards from their end-zone,
If there will not be kickoffs then the ball will be spotted after a touchdown five yards from the opposite team’s end-zone,
It will be decided before the game begins if first downs will be awarded after each ten yard marker or only after the midfield marker,
Before the game begins two captains will be designated, one for each team,
Players will be selected for each team by each captain until all players have been selected,
The captains will decide who’s team gets ball first and who gets to select first,
Players not selected before the game begins will be added to either team,
Any player not on the field may replace any player on their team that is on the field after 3 plays,
All players will be removed from each team and the captains will select players again at least once after it is decided that everyone should take a 15 to 30 minute break and that players should be selected again after the break,
A pass may only be attempted by a player on offense if they are the ball carrier and have not carried the ball past where it was spotted before the play began,
There must be 3 people positioned on the interior line on each side of the ball,
The 3 people on the interior line on defense
must position themselves
either directly in front of the 3 people on the interior line on offense
or in line with their shoulder,
The 3 people on the interior line on offense must position themselves next to each other within a foot (approximately) of each other,
The interior line on the offense are ineligible receivers,
Players that are ineligible receivers are not to go downfield past where the ball was spotted before the play began when a pass is attempted,
If a player who is an ineligible receiver goes downfield past where the ball was spotted before the play began and a pass is attempted and not received by a player on defense then the ball will be spotted fifteen yards back from where it was spotted before the play began for the offense,
If you see a player on the interior line on the offense that is downfield from where the ball was spotted before the play began when a pass is attempted then tell the other players during and after the play,
Players that are eligible receivers on offense can go downfield after the ball is snapped,
The center of the interior line on offense must snap the ball off the ground either between their legs or to their side behind them,
As soon as the center of the interior line on offense moves the ball forward, backward, to the left or right, or off the ground the play begins,
the center of the interior line on offense must move the ball forward, backward, to the left or right, or off the ground in order for the play to begin,
The center of the interior line on offense cannot become the ball carrier until after they have snapped it,
The ball carrier is responsible for signaling that the play is over by yelling “Down!” when their knee, elbow, or glute touches the ground,
When the ball carrier yells “Down!” everyone stops and the play is over no matter what,
When you carry the ball and yell “Down” the play is over, everyone stops, and the ball will be spotted where you yelled “Down!”,
You may yell “Down!”while you are carrying the ball even if your knee, elbow, or glute has not touched the ground,
You must yell “Down!” when you are the ball carrier and your knee, elbow, or glute touches the ground,
When you hear the ball carrier yell “Down!” then you also yell “Down!” as you stop and the play is over,
If any player who is not the ball carrier sees that the ball carrier touched the ground with their elbow or knee and did not yell “Down!” along with a player from the other team witnessing the same thing then stop and say “your down!” with the player from the other team while you and the other player move out of the way of the other players on the field continuing with the play and then after the play both you and the other player who witnessed the same thing tell the other players including the captains of each team that you believe that they were down and then identify where you believe they were down,
While carrying the ball you may choose to yell “Down!” when you hear other players yelling “You’re down!”,
Sometimes you might not feel your elbow, knee, or glute touch the ground because sometimes you may become so numb that you can’t feel anything at all and it might be the best way for you to be alerted that your knee, elbow, or glute has touched the ground but ultimately it is your decision and responsibility to yell “Down!” and stop the play when you are the ball carrier,
When the ball carrier enters the opposing teams end-zone the play is over and they scored a touchdown,
If you believe that you cannot play with maximum effort for any reason then the rules can be adapted so that instead of needing to be tackled before you must yell “Down!” you will only need to be touched with two hands by an opposing player before you must yell “Down!”,
When the rules are adapted for you as such you will still be able to block but while on defense you will not be able to down an opposing player however you can still cover players on offense who are eligible receivers and rush the quarterback,
While blocking another player you are not to grab or hold onto any clothing(uniform/jersey) that is between their shoulders with your arms extended and you are not to grab or hold onto any clothing(uniform/jersey) including hair or other part of their body that is not between their shoulders, that is called holding and is a penalty, and you are not to block an opposing player in the back that is not already being blocked, that is called blocking in the back and is also a penalty,
If you are being blocked by anyone and you believe that they are holding then tell the other players after the play that you believe that the player who was blocking you is holding when they block,
If you witness another player holding then tell the other players after the play,
If a player from each team witnesses a player holding or blocking in the back and both tell the other players before the next play then the ball will be spotted for the team on offense fifteen yards back from where it was spotted before the play and no touchdown was scored during the play,
Do not block anyone below the waist,
Do not use your shoulder or anything else to hit another player’s leg in an attempt to block them,
If someone attempts to hit your leg in an attempt to block you or hits your leg to block you then tell the other players,
If you witness a player hitting another player’s leg with anything to block them then tell the other players,
That is called a chop block and is a penalty,
A player that hits another player’s leg to block them or in an attempt to block them will be removed and no touchdown was scored during the play,
the following play the ball will be spotted for the offense fifteen yards back from where it was spotted before the play,
It will be decided before the game whether players on defense covering players on offense that are eligible receivers can ‘block’ them while covering them for up to five yards downfield from where the ball was spotted before the play before they are not to touch them at all,
Before each play players who have the rules adapted for them must yell “Two-Hand Touch” and still must yell “Down!” while carrying the ball to signal that the play is over,
If you choose to have the rules adapted for you it will be your responsibility to avoid contact while playing because if the other players attempt to protect you by not playing with maximum effort then they themselves risk injury,
it will be decided before the game if rules regarding pre-snap positioning of players that are not on the interior line will be refined and include no limitations for positioning of players that are not on the interior line other than that they must position themselves inline with the players on the interior line on offense or behind the players on the interior line on offense,
